returns and warranty
- We know you will love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you need to return the product, please let us know.
- Products must be sent back to us in their original condition, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Products must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.
- Upon receiving of the items by our staff, we will refund the purchase excluding shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and must include tracking number
- Custom made products can not be returned or exchanged
- 5 Years Structural warranty covers faults in the product construction.
- The warranty covers residential installation only
- 2 Years aesthetic warranty covers faults in the coating and/or external appearance
- Warranty applies only if the item has been installed by a licensed plumber
BATHS & BASINS SPECIAL ORDERS
- warranty & returns will be under the manufacturer conditions.
- Warranty claims should be sent directly to the manufacturer.
