The Cycad is a classic. Two doors, clean lines, and a timeless cabinet form that works in almost any bathroom. There is nothing fussy about it, which is exactly why it has remained one of our most popular wall-hung vanities.

Made from the best Australian hardwood, the Cycad is solid through and through. The internal shelves and backing are made from timber veneer, enriching the natural grain throughout the piece. Behind the two doors you get a generous, flexible storage space, ideal for taller bottles, cleaning products or anything you want out of sight but easy to reach.

Like all Just In Place timber vanities, the Cycad is fully customisable. Specify the size, door style (finger pull or push to open), and we will build it to fit your bathroom exactly. It pairs well with our solid surface wall-hung basins and any of our wall spouts or basin mixers.

Delivery or Pick Up

Product Information
Timber is a natural product that might expand or shrink according to weather conditions. Slight movements are expected.

Handmade timber vanities and cabinets are made by given specifications of configuration and measurements (acceptable -5 / + 5 mm range of error)

Solid timber is a natural product and natural variation is expected. The level of variation might vary.

Vanities in between walls – measurements should be given by your builder after tiling work has been completed. Its recommended specifying a few mm less, so the vanity can slide in between the walls easily.

We offer the option to make the vanity as one piece or in 2 pieces in cases when there is hard access in the bathroom.

Stone for vanities – We will book a site measure in case the vanity should be installed in between 2 walls. In all other cases, its recommended to have at least 5 mm overhung from sides and front of vanity and site measure is not needed.

If the stone is not supplied by ‘Just in Place’ the customer is responsible to measure on-site and completing orders by others.

‘Just in Place’ supplies stone only in Sydney.

WARRANTY ON TIMBER FURNITURE

Please note: Custom made orders (vanities, mirror cabinets, other bathroom joinery and stone tops) cannot be cancelled after an invoice has been paid in full or partially. Custom made products cannot be returned or exchanged.

VANITIES DELIVERY OR PICK UP FROM SHOWROOM

For the purchase of any Vanity and/or Shaving cabinet, we offer both pickup and delivery options for the products.

FOR SHOWROOM PICKUP:

Please ensure that you arrange to pick up the product within a week of the notification of its arrival. Additionally, please arrange to arrive with an extra set of hands to assist with loading your cabinet/vanity into your car (these are custom/handmade products and are not boxed or packed).

FOR DELIVERY:

We offer a delivery service to the site for an additional cost of $150 Sydney metro (for other areas, please contact us for a quote), which needs to be booked at the time you place your order.

Should you choose this option – we will notify you a few days prior to the arrival of the product. Please ensure to meet the driver on site and inspect the items carefully upon arrival. Any issue or concern should be raised on the spot with the driver before he departs.

NOTE – Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to store items at our showroom for more than a week. Any items left in the store for over a week, after notifying the buyer of their arrival, shall incur an ADDITIONAL COST of $150 per week for off-site storage.

All items to be inspected upon delivery or upon pick up – any damage or production issue should be notified.
