Product Information

Timber is a natural product that might expand or shrink according to weather conditions. Slight movements are expected.

Handmade timber vanities and cabinets are made by given specifications of configuration and measurements (acceptable -5 / + 5 mm range of error)

Solid timber is a natural product and natural variation is expected. The level of variation might vary.

Vanities in between walls – measurements should be given by your builder after tiling work has been completed. It’s recommended to specify a few mm less, so the vanity can slide in between the walls easily.

We offer the option to make the vanity as one piece or in 2 pieces in cases when there is hard access in the bathroom.

Stone for vanities – we will book a site measure in cases where the vanity should be installed between 2 walls. In all other cases, it’s recommended to have at least 5 mm overhung from the sides and front of the vanity, and a site measure is not needed.

If the stone is not supplied by ‘Just in Place’ the customer is responsible to measure on-site and completing orders by others.

‘Just in Place’ supplies stone only in Sydney.

WARRANTY ON TIMBER FURNITURE

Please note: Custom made orders (vanities, mirror cabinets, other bathroom joinery and stone tops) cannot be cancelled after an invoice has been paid in full or partially. Custom made products cannot be returned or exchanged.

VANITIES DELIVERY OR PICK UP FROM THE SHOWROOM

For the purchase of any Vanity and/or Shaving cabinet, we offer both pickup and delivery options for the products.

FOR SHOWROOM PICKUP:

Please ensure that you arrange to pick up the product within a week of the notification of its arrival. Additionally, please arrange to arrive with an extra set of hands to assist with loading your cabinet/vanity into your car (these are custom/handmade products and are not boxed or packed).

FOR DELIVERY:

We offer a delivery service to the site for an additional cost of $150 Sydney metro (for other areas, please contact us for a quote), which needs to be booked at the time you place your order.

Should you choose this option – we will notify you a few days prior to the arrival of the product. Please ensure to meet the driver on site and inspect the items carefully upon arrival. Any issue or concern should be raised on the spot with the driver before he departs.

NOTE – Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to store items at our showroom for more than a week. Any items left in the store for over a week, after notifying the buyer of their arrival, shall incur an ADDITIONAL COST of $150 per week for off-site storage.

All items are to be inspected upon delivery or upon pick up – any damage or production issue should be notified.

Please check the functionality of hinges, drawers, measurements, location of waste, or any seen damage.
