The tile insert floor waste is designed so the drain grate is tiled over to match the surrounding floor, creating an invisible drain. Instead of a visible grate, you see a continuous tile surface with only a thin gap to mark the drain location.

It is the preferred choice for large-format floor tiles, where a standard grate would break the visual continuity of the floor. In matte black, the frame surrounding the tiled insert is consistent with a black tapware and accessories scheme.
