We’ve created a clear, step-by-step process to guide you from concept to completion.

1. Initial Consultation
We begin with a site visit in your home, taking the time to understand your space, your lifestyle and how you want your kitchen to feel. From how you move through the space to how you use it every day, we consider it all to ensure the design is both functional and beautifully resolved.
At this stage we can usually provide you with a 1st quote for the labour for your project.

2. Design
This is where things start to take shape. You’ll visit us at our Belrose showroom for a dedicated design session, where we refine your kitchen layout and begin selecting finishes, materials and details — from colours and profiles to benchtops and tiles.

You’ll start to see your kitchen come to life.

3. Finalise quote and planning
With your design and selections finalised, we prepare your full, detailed quote, covering your joinery, benchtops and all key elements of your kitchen.

You can take some time to review everything as a whole, come back to us with any questions, and make any final refinements. We’ll also confirm timelines and guide you clearly through the next steps.

4. Build & Installation
This is when the action begins and your kitchen comes to life! We take care of the entire build, managing all trades, construction and installation – every stage is carefully coordinated.

Our role is to make the process feel smooth, well-organised and stress-free, while ensuring everything is completed to the highest of standards.

5. Completion & Handover
We take the time to make sure everything is finished exactly as it should be before we hand your kitchen over to you.

From there, it’s yours to enjoy – a space designed to work beautifully for you and your family every day.
