This is a man’s world … Masculine inspiration

A bathroom renovation that is masculine yet refreshing and relaxing at the same time.

In order to meet the brief and create a space that will stay true to its owner’s style and won’t date in a hurry, the following decisions were made:

Bathroom:

1. Colour scheme:

Keep it neutral. Light colors with grey elements that are very classic and yet versatile.

2. Tapware:

Gun Metal tapware. An alternative to chrome or black, it is dramatic, stylish, masculine, and works perfectly with this design.

3. Vanity and mirror:

Large vanity to store all everyday items with a timber benchtop to introduce some warmth.

A large mirror to elongate the space and reflect the natural light.

4. Bath:

Freestanding bath for a “resort feel” and for those long days at work.

5. Walk-in-shower:

Installing only a panel / fixed glass shower screen to keep the room as open as possible.

6. Tiles:

Grey / concrete looks like large tiles on the floor.

Matt white tiles on the wall.

And a feature subway tiles with dark grout for a sense of drama.

This modern bathroom has kept the overall scheme simple while featuring some strong elements to suit a king.
