A Bathroom Wrapped in Marble Look Tiles
When we think about marble, we think about luxury and sophistication. There is something so soothing about the white base and grey lines and no wonder it is a very popular look to go for.
The primary color that dominates this bathroom is soft light grey. Marble look subway tiles on the floor are laid in a Herringbone pattern and on the walls, the same look is achieved by big-scale tiles. Even though your eye doesn't detect different colors, the slight change in a pattern adds a subtle twist making the look more interesting.
Custom-made shaker style vanity has six drawers, where upper drawers are shallow and bottom drawers are deeper to accommodate towels, cleaning products, etc. The stone top follows the tile pattern and blends nicely into the surrounding.
The shaving cabinet was recessed into the wall.
Ceramic round Golf Basins introduce tactile surfaces into the mix.
Matte Black tapware and accessories add contrast.
Streamline heated towel rails were chosen instead of a bulky ladder-look.
