Our design sessions are relaxed, creative and very hands-on.

Rather than trying to imagine how everything will look from samples or images on a screen, we create real-life mood boards using actual products from our showroom. You can see and touch the tiles, tapware, vanity finishes, basins, handles and other details, and experiment with different combinations until everything feels just right.

What happens in a design session?

A vanity is often one of the defining features of the bathroom, so we take the time to get the details right. During a vanity design session, we can work through everything from the size, layout and storage to timber types, benchtops, basins, handles and those smaller design details that make a vanity feel truly personal to your space.

You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want.

That’s our job. We’ll take you through each decision, step by step, helping you understand what works together and what will work for your space, style, budget and lifestyle. Instead of having to go from showroom to showroom making lots of disconnected choices on your own, you’ll have an experienced designer there to help you create a bathroom that feels cohesive from top to bottom.

All done in one place

By the end of your session, you can have a complete vanity and mirror cabinet design or even a full bathroom designed and selected, from the vanity and tapware through to tiles, fittings, fixtures and finishes. We’ll then put everything together into a detailed quote for you, so you have a clear picture of your selections and costs before deciding how you’d like to move forward. There’s no obligation and no pressure, just expert guidance, plenty of inspiration and the opportunity to explore what’s possible for your bathroom.

How much does the design session cost?

Our design sessions are complimentary.

Can I cancel or reshedule?

Of course. We’d be grateful if you’d let us know at least 24 hours in advance, as these appointments fill up quickly and we want to make sure someone else can book if you’re unable to make it.

How long is a design session appointment?

Our design sessions are one hour but sometimes more time is required – it depends what we’re designing!

If you decide to go ahead with your quote, we’ll schedule further design meetings with you to make sure every detail is covered.
